What Season 1 of Royal Pains

Hank Lawson is an emergency room doctor from New York City who is unfairly blamed for the death of an important patient, and his career collapses. To start over, he moves to The Hamptons, where millionaires spend their summers, along with his brother Evan, an accountant who sees the place as a chance to break into high society. After saving a man over a weekend, the wealthy community wants to hire him as their personal doctor. Hank resists becoming the doctor to the rich, and the head of the local hospital, Jill Casey, asks him to care for the less fortunate too. So the protagonist struggles between his own benefit and that of others.
