What Season 7 of Rugrats

Tommy Pickles is one year old, brave, and lives in California with friends his own age. Chuckie, a nervous, bespectacled redhead, is his best friend, and the twins Phil and Lil, along with their cousin Angelica, round out the gang. Since the babies barely understand the world, they turn every daily chore into an adventure. Conflict arises when they misread the adults, whom they see as mysterious characters. Angelica, spoiled and domineering, gives misleading translations of what the grown-ups say and complicates every situation. In episodes such as "Accomplices" or "Doctor Susie," the season shows the clash between what the little ones believe and what is really happening.
