What Season 9 of Rugrats

Tommy Pickles is one year old, brave, and lives in California with a group of friends his own age. Chuckie, a redhead who wears glasses and is very insecure, is his best friend. Phil and Lil, the twin neighbors, and their cousin Angelica, spoiled and very bossy, round out the gang. Since they barely understand the world, they turn every everyday task into an adventure. The conflicts arise when they misinterpret the grown-ups, whom they see as mysterious and eccentric characters. Angelica adds misleading translations that tangle every situation, and the show relies on the gap between what the little ones think they understand and what is really going on.
