Year 1980. Two homicide detectives travel from Madrid to a small village in the marshes of the Guadalquivir, in southern Andalusia. Their assignment is to investigate the disappearance of two teenage girls during the village's festival. Pedro Suárez, who openly criticizes the Franco regime's past, has problems with authority figures. Juan Robles doesn't seem to take the case very seriously, though he has a past of his own. The two arrive with very different attitudes toward their work and toward power. Directed by Alberto Rodríguez, the movie stars Raúl Arévalo and Javier Gutiérrez as this pair of cops.
