It is the year 2013. A man entered the horizon, and hope went with him.

In the year 2013, in the United States, there are no highways, no laws, and no hope for the future. After an apocalyptic war that has nearly destroyed civilization, survivors of terrible plagues, uprisings, and three-year winters try to regroup in villages and live a calm, though very primitive, life. Into this brutal world arrives an enigmatic celebrity who wanders without a fixed destination and has a special gift for performing Shakespeare, but possesses something far more important: the ability to renew lost hopes.
