What Season 2 of 3rd Rock from the Sun

Season two opens with Dick locked in the basement, trapped in an invisible box. His replacement takes charge of the Solomon family and proves far stricter than the original, while seeming to scheme something. Tommy tries to free Dick, and the new Dick starts dating Mary, which sets the two against each other. From there, the series takes the family into very different situations: a convention hotel, a campaign for mayor of Rutherford, a college game, or Tommy's classes at high school. Dick, Mary, Harry, Sally, and Tommy drive the plot, and almost every story grows out of the clash between their way of seeing the world and the human customs they try to imitate.
