What Season 1 of Criminal: Spain

The interrogation room of a Spanish police station is the setting for Criminal: Spain. Investigators sit across from suspects who arrive with their own version of events and must decide what to believe. Each conversation plays out as a psychological duel in which the officers try to get the information they need without losing control. The team includes Commissioner Joaquín Manero, Chief Inspector María de los Ángeles Toranzo and Sub-Inspector Raimundo Messeguer. The season shows interrogations in which police and suspects resort to psychological games, and in which uncovering the truth sometimes justifies bending the rules of ethics. Emma Suárez, Álvaro Cervantes and Carmen Machi headline the cast.
