What Season 2 of Lost Girl

Bo faces personal challenges with Dyson after she finds out he lied to her about who her birth mother was, and that he had been a secret agent, and with Lauren, when their relationship grows complicated after Morrigan tells Bo that Lauren has a girlfriend. While dealing with these troubles, an infamous and ancient enemy of the Fae, the Garuda, awakens and resurfaces intending to destroy the truce between Light and Dark and reignite the war between them. Lachlan recruits Bo to be his champion in the battle against the Garuda, and she agrees on the condition that he treats her as a companion, not as his servant. Bo later learns who her grandmother is and deduces that she has inherited some of her powers: if her blood comes into contact with an open wound, she can enslave and bind the subject to her will. She uses this power to unite Light and Dark against the Garuda.
