What Season 2 of Modern Family

Season two opens with the three families already settled in the suburbs of Los Angeles. Mitchell and Cameron learn how to be parents to Lily, while Claire and Phil try to keep their romance alive among three defiant kids. Jay devotes much of his time to Gloria and Manny, his sensitive son. Conflicts revolve around the relationship between parents and children, with Alex and Haley as Claire's constant source of worry. The episodes mix small domestic crises with generational clashes and different ways of understanding family, always filmed by the characters themselves to the camera.
