What Season 11 of The X-Files

Scully wakes up in a hospital and discovers that the terrifying events from the end of the previous season have not yet happened, so she believes they can be prevented. Her colleagues doubt her story, but they change their minds when her son William disappears. Mulder and Scully begin a race against time in which the fate of the boy and the world hangs in the balance. Along the way they face very different cases: victims attacked by their own doubles, a cult that steals organs and an animal that injures a child in Connecticut. The season also explores collective memory and artificial intelligence.
