The Ghost and the Darkness

Toward the end of 1890, the arrival of engineer John Patterson (Val Kilmer) in African lands speeds up the construction of the railway. Meanwhile, African workers regard him as a hero, ever since Patterson shot a lion with a single bullet, something only the legendary hunter Charles Remington (Michael Douglas) is capable of doing. Just as the project seems to be going smoothly, Ghost and Darkness, two man-eating lions, make their appearance. Patterson and Remington must then join forces to defeat them.
