Synopsis of Unforgotten
Unforgotten is a British crime drama series of six episodes created and written by Chris Lang for ITV. The story begins in London when human remains are discovered during the demolition of a house in the north of the city. They belong to James "Jimmy" Sullivan, a 17-year-old boy who disappeared in 1976. Leading the investigation are DCI Cassie Stuart, played by Nicola Walker, and DI Sunny Khan, played by Sanjeev Bhaskar. Both want to find out what happened, identify those responsible if possible, and offer some closure to those who have spent decades waiting for answers. To do so, they must follow four people who, at first glance, have no connection to one another, but who share a link to the victim that the case gradually reveals.
