Universal Soldier: Regeneration

A deranged Chechen nationalist, Basayev, takes control of Chernobyl, site of the infamous nuclear disaster, and threatens to release a radioactive cloud unless his nationalist demands are met. Luc Deveraux joins a team of revived American UniSols that had been kept secretly hidden. Their mission: seize Chernobyl and disarm the explosives that would unleash the radioactive clouds. Luc is shocked to discover that one of the UniSols is a clone of his former Sergeant, Andrew Scott. But the cloned Andrew does not remember Luc. As the team fights fiercely on its way to the Chernobyl plant, they are caught off guard. Using a mind-control chip, Basayev turns Andrew against his comrades. Now surrounded, wounded and outnumbered, Luc must fight Andrew and save the world.
