Samaritan

Sam Cleary is thirteen years old and lives in Granite City, a city where crime keeps growing. His neighbor, Mr. Smith, is a reserved man who barely talks to anyone. Sam suspects that behind this discreet facade hides Samaritan, a superhero who, according to popular belief, died long ago. The boy gathers clues and watches his neighbor's every move with a determination unusual for his age. His goal is clear: to draw Smith out of hiding and prove that the city's former protector is still alive, because he believes only he can stop the chaos spreading through the streets. Directed by Julius Avery, the film stars Sylvester Stallone as the neighbor and Javon Walton as Sam.
