What Season 1 of Babylon 5

The season kicks off in 2258, with Babylon 5 already up and running as a meeting point for humans and aliens. Commander Jeffrey Sinclair must look for a peaceful way to respond to the Narn attack on a Centauri colony, without support from superiors who are more concerned with the elections. Meanwhile, Garibaldi follows the trail of the pirates raiding commercial transports. Celebrities such as Ivanova, Talia Winters and Vir appear, and the storyline revisits the earlier war between Earth and the Minbari and Sinclair's strange involvement in that conflict. The plots are simple and easy to follow, and the characters fit clear-cut stereotypes.
