What Season 9 of Columbo

Lieutenant Columbo, a homicide detective in Los Angeles, investigates crimes whose perpetrators the viewer knows from the start, so the key is the duel between the two of them. In his rumpled raincoat with his cigar, the detective seems absent-minded, and the suspects, self-assured and often well-off, underestimate him. The cases include an artist who controls the women around him, the editor of a men's magazine, a lawyer with a promising political career and a woman obsessed with destroying two men. There is also a dentist who involves his wife in a murder and a womanizer rejected by a novelist.
