What Season 6 of Crossing Jordan

Jordan Cavanaugh returns to the Boston Medical Examiner's Office after a season away and resumes her post under Garret Macy, the chief medical examiner, who has to put up with her quirks. Without authorization to get involved in police cases, the medical examiner relies on her father Max's reputation as a former agent and her people skills to draw information out of those around her. District Attorney Guillermo Ivers scrutinizes the methods of the coroner's office, especially Jordan's, and pressures Macy to have his team follow protocol. Max has never gotten over the unsolved murder of his wife, and that memory weighs on his daughter, who becomes emotionally involved with the victims she examines.
