What Season 4 of Ghost Whisperer

Melinda Gordon keeps seeing and talking to the ghosts of Grandview while trying to live a normal life with her husband, Jim Clancy, who runs their antique shop. Spirits trapped among the living come to her to pass on messages or complete tasks that will let them cross into the light. Many stay behind because of unfinished business and fear of being judged, and Melinda acts as their representative in the earthly world. The season's central personal conflict revolves around Jim, who appears inside Sam's body. Melinda searches for a way to find him while he struggles with his memories and the decisions he must make about his life. On top of all this, there are tormented teenage ghosts and spirits that punish the living.
