What Season 2 of Home Improvement

Tim Taylor continues to host Tool Time, the home improvement show sponsored by Binford, and his ego grows at the same pace as his love for tools. At home, however, his remodeling projects don't turn out well and clash with Jill, his sons Brad, Randy and Mark, and the neighbors. Jill tries to get Tim to take her hints, while the boys get into trouble at school and with the McGurn brothers. From over the fence, Wilson watches every botched project with a wisdom that's hard to match.

Tim thinks that signals should be clear and dresses up as Fred the phone repairman so he can fix the problem. Brad is wondering whether Jennifer pounding him is a sign that she wants to kiss him.
