What Season 1 of Loki
The season picks up after Avengers: Endgame, with Loki, played by Tom Hiddleston, once again the god of mischief. He escapes into a new timeline, where the Time Variance Authority (TVA) claims him. This bureaucracy monitors the timeline from outside of time and space. It gives him a choice: be erased from existence for being a variant, or help stop a greater threat. TVA agent Mobius, an inspector with the agency, investigates someone who wants to destroy the Sacred Timeline. When he crosses paths with Loki, he saves him from his fate and brings him into his search. Loki ends up caught in a criminal thriller that forces him to travel through time. His goal is to hunt down Sylvie, a female version of himself. The series, created by Michael Waldron, streams on Disney+.
