Synopsis of Outer Banks
Outer Banks is set in a coastal town in North Carolina's Outer Banks, where inequality divides working-class locals, known as Pogues, from wealthy summer residents, known as Kooks. A group of Pogue teens lives in The Cut and wants to find out what happened to the missing father of John B. Routledge, the group's leader, played by Chase Stokes. During their search, they uncover a legendary treasure tied to that father: the gold of the Royal Merchant, which he was trying to find before he disappeared. Created by Josh Pate, Jonas Pate and Shannon Burke, the series streams on Netflix.
