What Season 1 of The Lost Room
Joe Miller is a Pittsburgh detective who stumbles upon an impossible room: Room 10 of the abandoned Sunshine Motel, near Gallup, New Mexico. Something erased that room and its contents in 1961, an event everyone knows as The Event. The objects that remained retain strange powers. When his daughter Anna disappears inside, Joe obtains a key that opens any door with a cylinder lock and turns it into a way into the room. To get her back, he must get ahead of those chasing these objects, while the police suspect he himself kidnapped her in the middle of a custody battle with his ex-wife.

Detective Joe Miller finds himself on a case involving two men that are found burned to death in a pawn shop, apparently involving a mysterious key and a deal gone bad. After receiving the key, Joe discovers that it is just one of nearly one hundred objects with supernatural powers and a link to a hidden motel room. Detective Joe Miller and the Wiesel try to get the clock from object collector Karl Reutzfeld's hands. Joe gets accused of his partner's murder.
