What Season 3 of Torchwood

For two days, children all over the world freeze and repeat in English, "We are coming." Behind the signal are the 456, an alien race that, in 1965, offered the British government a cure for a deadly flu in exchange for twelve children. The secret cannot get out. Minister Frobisher orders the elimination of everyone involved, and Captain Jack Harkness, one of the soldiers from that exchange, becomes a target. Gwen Cooper, Rhys and Ianto go underground, while Torchwood Three seeks the support of Lois Habiba, Frobisher's new assistant. When the aliens demand more children, the government must decide what to do.
