Planet 51

Planet 51 tells the story of a family of aliens who live peacefully on their planet until the arrival of what, to them, is an alien: a man. Captain Charles “Chuck” Baker, an American astronaut, lands on Planet 51, thinking he is the first person to set foot on the planet. To his surprise, he discovers that the planet is inhabited by small green creatures who live happily in a world full of white picket fences, reminiscent of the cheerful innocence of America in the 50s, and whose only fear is being invaded by aliens… like Chuck! With help from his robot companion “Rover” and his new friend Lem, Chuck must make his way through the dazzling and bewildering landscape of Planet 51 so he does not become a permanent exhibit in the Alien Invaders Space Museum of Planet 51.
