Synopsis of The Sinner
The series is set in Dorchester, a fictional town in New York State. A young mother publicly murders a man in broad daylight, and no motive emerges to explain her act. Detective Harry Ambrose, played by Bill Pullman, takes over the investigation and wants to find out what drove the woman to commit the crime. To do so, he digs deep into her past and her surroundings, aiming to unravel a mystery that, for now, has no explanation. Created by Derek Simonds for USA Network, the first season launches a psychological crime anthology.
«Her sins will drown them all.»
