What Season 9 of Agatha Christie's Poirot

Poirot investigates crimes in late 1930s England, alongside Captain Hastings and the efficient Felicity Lemon. Each episode is based on a novel by Agatha Christie and presents a different deception: well-built alibis and characters hiding secrets. In the first case, Lucy Crale asks him for help with what happened to her father sixteen years ago, and the detective finds several suspects who are still alive. Later, Elinor Carlisle, engaged to Roddy Winter, is accused of poisoning her rival, and the evidence damns her. Later still, a honeymooning heiress on the Nile is harassed by a former friend. Poirot also spends a weekend at The Hollow, the Angkatells' country house.
