Synopsis of Love Alarm

Kim Jo-jo is a cheerful, hardworking high school student who keeps an upbeat attitude despite her family's problems. Her life is upended by the arrival of Love Alarm, an app created by an unknown developer that alerts users when someone within 10 meters has romantic feelings for them. Jo-jo gets caught in a love triangle between Hwang Sun-oh, a strikingly handsome model, and Lee Hye-yeong, an outgoing, fun-loving artist who has been by her side for years. The app spreads quickly among young people and soon upends everyone's relationships. Users start working hard to decipher what others truly feel, while longing for a natural romance that is born the moment the heart begins to beat for someone.

«When you turn on the application, your heart will ring.»
