What Season 3 of Midsomer Murders

Tom Barnaby, Chief Inspector, lives with his wife in Causton, the capital of the fictional county of Midsomer, and works in the Major Crime Department. This season he travels to seemingly peaceful villages to find out who is behind a series of murders and what the motive is. Troy accompanies him in his inquiries. The cases unfold in very different settings: a fox hunt, a nursing home, a village competition and a museum with a slashed painting. An actor conducting his own investigation also crosses the inspectors' path. All of it with the dark humor that defines the series.
