What Season 24 of Midsomer Murders

The peace of Midsomer is shattered by a wave of violent crimes. Veteran Chief Inspector Barnaby and his young sergeant, Winter, must separate the innocent from the guilty with calm and method. The first clues point to an inheritance dispute, in which the eldest son wants to sell off an old family estate. Later, a writer sets off a treasure hunt across the country, and a dog theft crosses paths with the investigation of a pet detective. A Texan oil tycoon buys an entire village and the suspects multiply. Every town hides secrets, and dark humor is very much present.
