What Season 5 of Person of Interest

For years, the Machine has protected Finch's team, but a rival AI, Samaritan, has cornered the system within the country's power grid. Its lethal "correction" has given it control, and the Machine is practically dead. Shaw is still missing. Reese, Finch, Fusco, and Root return to operating in the shadows, in plain sight of everyone, as they try to rebuild it. The central conflict is whether Finch can bring it back to life and, if he does, whether it will still be the same.
