What Season 2 of The 4400

More than a year after their return, the 4400 begin to show strange powers: healing, destruction, altering the present or sensing the future. The NTAC, linked to Homeland Security, follows their trail with Tom Baldwin and Diana Skouris leading the investigations, which range from a strange structure in a psychiatric hospital to the accusation against a professor. Richard must protect his family when it is discovered that he and Lily are also 4400. Jordan Collier runs his own center for these people, and the fight over control of their gifts threatens to decide the fate of humanity.
