Odd Thomas

Although Thomas has no intention of changing the world, he helps the local police chief solve crimes using his powers: he can see and talk to ghosts, and even to the evil spirits that feed on others' pain and whose presence signals imminent violence. Thomas begins to grow alarmed when he sees hundreds of these spirits hovering around a stranger. When he discovers that this man has built a sanctuary for killers and set in motion a dangerous plot, he will try to stop him by any means necessary.
