Ride Along

Ben works as a security guard at a high school in Atlanta and has only one goal: to marry Angela. First, he needs to earn the trust of James, her brother, a decorated detective in the police department who does not consider him serious enough to be part of his family. Ben has spent two years trying to prove that his hobbies, such as video games, do not keep him from measuring up. James, for his part, suspects Ben has not really changed and looks for a way to test him. Between family tensions and Ben's eagerness to impress the detective, the relationship between the two begins to be put to the test.
