Saint Seiya: Heaven Chapter - Overture

After his battle with Hades, Seiya is presumed dead. Saori takes care of him, and he is now confined to a wheelchair in a rest home near the Sanctuary. While he recovers, 3 shadows appear before him: Icarus, Odysseus and Theseus are celestial warriors sent by Artemis, goddess of the Moon and elder sister of Athena, to eliminate Seiya. Saori confronts Artemis, and they reach an agreement: Athena will give Artemis her sacred staff, renouncing all rights over the Sanctuary and losing all her powers, in exchange for sparing Seiya's life. Artemis's only goal is to destroy humanity, which has long been corrupt and has forgotten the gods themselves. Meanwhile, the other Bronze Saints realize what is happening and head to the Sanctuary to meet up with Seiya, hoping to find a way to reach Saori and save her.
