The Recruit

James Clayton is a young computer expert from MIT, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, who stands out at a college job fair with a demonstration of his skills. There he catches the eye of a representative from a major company and, shortly after, crosses paths with Walter Burke, a CIA instructor played by Al Pacino. Burke offers him a job at the Agency, and James considers accepting. The movie follows his first steps in the recruitment program, a process that young college students from across the country go through when they want to become spies. Colin Farrell stars as James in this film directed by Roger Donaldson.
