Synopsis of Gangs of London
Set in present-day London, a multicultural city where rival gangs and crime families divide up the territory, the death of Finn Wallace leaves a power vacuum. For two decades, Wallace was the most powerful criminal in the capital, with billions of pounds moving through his organization each year. Now his younger son, Sean, impulsive and volatile, must keep control of the family empire and find out who killed him. He is helped by his mother, Marian, and Ed Dumani, Finn's right-hand man for years. But the news shakes the Albanian, Kurdish and Pakistani mafias, which begin to move in to fill the gap. The series, created by Gareth Evans and Matt Flannery, airs on Sky Atlantic and stars Joe Cole.
