What Season 2 of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys

Zeus takes human form to seduce Alcmena, and from the affair Hercules is born, a half-god, half-mortal boy with extraordinary strength. Hera, jealous, has tormented him since childhood, while Zeus protects him from birth. The hero grows up without his father and has always wanted to meet him. As an adult, he travels through an ill-defined Greece with Eastern, Egyptian and medieval influences, accompanied by his friend Iolaus. Together they defend humble villagers from monsters, warlords and the selfish whims of the gods. Adventure blends with humor and nods to current issues. Kevin Sorbo stars in this series created by Christian Williams.
