What Season 3 of House

Season three follows Dr. Gregory House, who heads the diagnostics department at Princeton-Plainsboro Hospital, and a team that already respects him for his talent at solving mysterious cases. His approach to patients remains incisive and unconventional. The cases range from killer bacteria to deadly secrets, and the pressure among colleagues puts some of their health at risk. House's battles with hospital rules keep him at odds with Cuddy, the dean of medicine, while Wilson, his only true friend, remains his closest support. The premise doesn't change: everyone is hiding something, and the diagnosis depends on uncovering it.
