What Season 4 of House

Season four opens with House on his own, without a team, and forces him to solve a case without help. Cuddy pressures him to choose his new assistants, and some diagnoses serve as tests for the candidates. The clashes with Cuddy and his colleagues, who don't share his way of bending the rules, remain the engine of the plot. Wilson, his only real friend, stands by him in these episodes. The premise is simple: everyone is hiding something, and the diagnosis depends on uncovering it.
