What Season 6 of Mad About You

Season six opens with Paul and Jamie coming home from the hospital with their newborn daughter. Neither of them really knows how to care for her or what to name her, and Jamie's mother arrives just in time to help. Conflicts arise from everyday decisions: breastfeeding, the method for getting the baby to sleep, the search for daycare, or Jamie's return to work. Paul, cautious and analytical, examines every option until he's exhausted, while Jamie, freer and with her own quirks, prefers to act without so much planning. Every detail becomes a tug-of-war between two people who love each other but are still getting to know each other.
