To find her son, she did what no one had ever dared to do

Los Angeles, 1928. Christine Collins is a single mother who works as a supervisor at a telephone exchange. Her life revolves around Walter, her nine-year-old son. One day, when she returns home, Christine discovers that the boy has disappeared. All she wants is to get him back, and to do so she will have to turn to a police department that doesn't handle her case with the urgency she expects. The film is directed by Clint Eastwood and stars Angelina Jolie, who plays a woman determined not to give up after losing her son.

Trivia about Changeling

Filming began on October 15, 2007 and wrapped on December 14, two days ahead of a 45-day schedule.
Straczynski believed his only research error was a scene involving Scrabble, a game that hit the market two years later, so he replaced it with a crossword puzzle.
For the scenes at the telephone exchange, Jolie learned to skate in heels, a practice documented from that era.
The production gathered about 150 vintage cars, made between 1918 and 1928, from collectors in Southern California, and in some cases the crew aged them so they looked like everyday vehicles.
