From Paris with Love

James Reese is an efficient, good-natured personal aide to the U.S. ambassador to France, and his life in Paris seems enviable. He has a French girlfriend, Caroline, who has just asked him to marry her, but his true passion lies elsewhere. After a brief morning chat with the ambassador, he slips into the building's underground garage, swaps the license plates on his car, and then follows a group of men speeding away. Reese is a low-level CIA operative with official cover who longs for fieldwork, so he calls his superior to ask for a promotion. The film is directed by Pierre Morel and stars Jonathan Rhys-Meyers and John Travolta.
