In the future, intelligence is extinct

After a failed military experiment, Army officer Joe Bowers and the prostitute Rita wake up five hundred years in the future, in a dystopian world where natural selection has favored the dumbest, because they reproduce the most. As a result, humanity has become stupid and ignorant, so Joe finds out he is the smartest man on the planet. He soon becomes a close adviser to the President of the United States, the eccentric Camacho.
