Josh Kovaks has spent ten years as the manager of the most luxurious and most closely watched apartments in all of New York. Nothing escapes him. Arthur Shaw is a Wall Street big shot under house arrest in the building's most lavish penthouse after being accused of stealing two billion dollars from his investors. And who will suffer the most from the latter? The staff of “The Tower,” who handed over their pension plan to him. Only a few days remain before Shaw gets away with it. Josh and his crew decide to recruit Slide, a small-time crook, to achieve the impossible: steal the 20 million dollars that must be hidden in the apartment where Shaw is kept under watch by an FBI team led by special agent Claire Denham.
