Trivia about Elite Short Stories: Phillipe Caye Felipe

Pol Granch auditioned for another character in Elite, was not selected, and later won the role of Philippe von Triesenberg in a second audition.

To build Philippe's way of speaking, Pol Granch incorporated traits of his father's French accent, at the director's request, as she wanted to avoid a specific Spanish accent.

Filming began on October 9, 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, and brought back much of the technical and artistic team from the first three seasons of Elite.

The miniseries was renewed with a second batch of episodes, released in December 2021, after the first short stories were published in June of that same year.
