What We Do in the Shadows

Four vampires share a house on Staten Island, in New York, and have been roommates for hundreds of years. Nandor, a former warrior who considers himself the leader of the group even though nobody obeys him, Laszlo, a British nobleman who loves poetry and scientific experiments, and Nadja, a Greek vampire with a prickly personality, live alongside Colin Robinson, an energy vampire who feeds on the boredom of those around him. Household duties fall to Guillermo, Nandor's human servant, who dreams of becoming a vampire himself. The series, created by Jemaine Clement and aired on FX, follows this group as they clash with the modern world, other supernatural beings and themselves. Guillermo must balance his loyalty to Nandor with his desire to transform, which is complicated by his lineage tied to vampire hunter Van Helsing. Kayvan Novak, Matt Berry, Natasia Demetriou and Harvey Guillén lead the cast of this mockumentary.
