What Season 1 of Glee

Will Schuester, a Spanish teacher at William McKinley High School in Lima, Ohio, agrees to direct the glee club. The choir has lost its popularity, and its members are outcasts who are overlooked by everyone else, though they have plenty of talent. Will hopes to win back his old standing and prepare the group for competition. Between rehearsals, each member carries their own problems. Rachel and Finn are in an unstable relationship, Kurt tries to join the football team to win his father's approval, and Sue stirs up trouble among the boys. Romance, sexuality, discrimination and school bullying weigh just as heavily as the music.
