La promesa

In 1913 Córdoba, the world is teetering on the edge of the abyss, but the Palace of La Promesa, in the Los Pedroches valley, lives apart from the conflicts. It is the residence of the Marquises of Luján, one of the country's great landowners. Today the house is dressed up to celebrate the wedding of the heir, Tomás. When the banquet ends, the appearance of an airplane draws every eye. It is piloted by Manuel, the marquises' son. Meanwhile, Jana Expósito arrives at the palace with a goal she hides from everyone: to avenge her mother's death and find her missing younger brother. The series moves between the families who rule and the servants who serve them, and each one keeps their own secrets.
