One year after the death of Vincent van Gogh, postman Joseph Roulin gives his son Armand a mission that seems simple: hand-deliver the painter's last letter to his brother Theo. Earlier attempts to get it there have failed, and the father does not want the message to be lost. Armand has no fond memories of Van Gogh, and he still resents an incident the artist was involved in. Even so, he reluctantly agrees, mainly out of the affection his father feels for the painter. The journey takes him to Paris, where he must carry out a task he doesn't fully understand. The film is directed by Dorota Kobiela and Hugh Welchman.
