Off Course

Hugo and Braulio are two young college graduates who have been struggling to find jobs or prospects in Spain for some time. Tired of waiting, they come across a TV show that paints Germany as a land of opportunity for Spanish emigrants, and they decide to pack their bags. Their plan is simple: get to Berlin, land a job that matches their training, and start from scratch. Hugo trained in the financial sector and Braulio is a scientist, so both believe their résumés will open doors. However, they soon discover that the country they saw on screen is nothing like the one they find when they step off the plane, and that their education guarantees nothing. Nacho G. Velilla directs the film, and the main cast includes Yon González, Julián López, and Blanca Suárez.
